30 days of weightloss challenge … Day 10
The hardest thing for me giving up on the weight loss? …Sweets, definitely. I still have them in moderation but I have huge cravings right now. I will have one more desert this week ( mom bought a kilo of strawberries so she’ll make the low fat sugar free whipped cream which is yummy, low-cal and really filling so I wont eat a lot ). Another thing was cutting out all processed stuff like white breads and pastries, ketchup, mayo, margarine, mustard, hot dogs, salamis and cold cuts … but it didn’t come as hard as I thought. I feel better when I eat better so I think it’s a fair trade.
